Returns & Exchange:
Understand that all items are handmade, and most of them are custommade orders and can’t be returned for refund.
Only if products are damaged after arrival, they can be returned.
Shipping and back shipping are at customers expense.
In case of damaged items, please contact me within 1 day of delivery

Shipping:
within EU: Between 5 /6 business days.
Outside EU: Between 10/ 12 business days .
All items will be insured and registered, and need to be signed when delivered.
You get the trackingnumber when the item is ready to be shipped.
